HOLY FREAKING CRAP AN OC

Meet Dreanna. About to become my best friend for the next six months to a year.

You see, I'm taking a digital graphics and animation class (<3), and our VERY FIRST assignment was to create an original character that we will be using for most of the year. I'll even be making a clay model of her sometime around Thanksgiving.

Yeah, lotta white space. I know. Sue me. These are the first (and at this point all) drawings I've ever done with her. I'll probably do more with this one and update it later.

So... Dreanna is part human and part some alien species that I have yet to come up with a name for yet. She lives in a space station far from Earth that is a Star Trek-like mix of alien cultures and civilizations. She has catlike ears on her head, slightly webbed fingers, skin with a grayish sort of tint to it, and telekenetic powers.

We'll see how she develops from here, I suppose. I only GOT the assignment Tuesday.

[EDIT] Put up the finished file. Now I just gotta finish her brainstorming thing and then I'm set to go for now. Also expect a full color one tommorow. Not of this. Of a new picture. This is assuming I get time to work on it. Anyway...
